Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
